Acryl pressure sensitive adhesive is applied on the fabric such as nylon, non-woven fabric, polyester textile which are later used to assemble items in industry. One main use is in the footwear industry, use this product for footwear parts or footwear assemble pieces once the adhesive has been applied to either one side or both sides of items such as PU foam, EVA foam, nylon, cotton. In the case of temporary protective masking this product meets the basic requirement for antistatic function in the pressure sensitive adhesive tape for the electronics and semi-conduct industry. This also meets the required antistatic function in CPP protective film pressure sensitive adhesive use for general industry.

JISTAT 900 is an antistatic agent and used by adding it into the solvent base acryl pressure sensitive adhesive, it’s main ingredient is polar solvent (for example: ethyl acetate, ethyl acetate/toluene mixed solvent) added while in manufacturing process of the antistatic pressure sensitive adhesive tape.

      1) Does not become a gel when adding the antistatic agent into the pressure sensitive adhesive
        of solvent base
      2) Excellent dispersing due to the compatibility with the pressure sensitive adhesive made with
        polar solvent
      3) Does not affect the physical property such as declining the adherent strength of pressure
        sensitive adhesive tape
      4) When the pressure sensitive adhesive tape is removed it does not leave any adhesive residue on
        the substrate surface by migration
      5) Superior antistatic effect
      6) The antistatic agent does not change color in the drying process once it is applied due to its
        superior heat resistance
      7) No effect to the pressure sensitive adhesive color by adding the antistatic agent
